The Nursery Team – Staff & Management

The Nursery Managers are Debbie Gibson (Manager) and Kerry Johnson (Nursery Supervisor).

With 5 staff members who work directly with the children, the Nursery has a good adult to child ratio. We have a key-person system whereby each member of staff has a group of children for whom they are particularly responsible.

We are proud that most of our staff members have been with us for many years. We believe that the children and the Nursery as a whole benefit greatly from our staff’s professionalism and experience.
