Meet the Pre-School Team

The Pre-School Managers are Debbie Gibson (Manager) and Lissie Stisted (Deputy Manager).

With 9 staff members who work directly with the children, the Pre-School has a high adult to child ratio. We have a key-person system whereby each member of staff has a group of children for whom they are particularly responsible.

We are proud that most of our staff members have been with us for many years. We believe that the children and the Pre-School as a whole benefit greatly from our staff’s professionalism and experience.
